3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat together above ingredients; mix in:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Chill 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
Bake at 400 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 6-8 minutes.
